Survey Dashboard
Review survey responses and user-uploaded content collected from your promotions.
Overview
The Survey Dashboard provides a centralized view of all participant feedback and uploads from your promotions. When you include survey questions or image upload entry methods, this is where you'll find all the collected responses.

Dashboard Controls
The top toolbar provides controls to navigate and export your survey data:
Promotion Selector
Switch between promotions using the dropdown menu. Select any of your active or completed promotions to view their survey responses and image uploads.
Open Promotion
Click the external link icon to open the selected promotion in a new tab for quick access.
Export to CSV
Export all survey responses to a CSV file for further analysis in spreadsheets or other tools. The export includes participant names, emails, and their responses.
Survey Feedback
The Survey Feedback section displays all responses to your survey questions:
Survey Question Display
At the top of the feedback section, you'll see the survey question that was asked. This appears in a highlighted box showing exactly what participants were prompted to answer.
Response Cards
Each response appears as a card showing the participant's name, email address, and their answer. Cards are arranged vertically for easy scanning.
Participant Details
Click the eye icon on any response card to view additional details about the participant and their full entry information.
Response Count
The total number of responses is displayed next to the section title, giving you a quick overview of participation levels.
Image Uploads
When you include image upload entry methods in your promotion, all uploaded images appear in this section:
Overview Tab
View all uploaded images in a gallery format. Images are displayed as thumbnails that you can click to view in full size.
Recent Activity Tab
See the most recent uploads in chronological order. Track when participants are actively engaging with your image upload entry methods.
Image Gallery
Uploaded images are displayed in a responsive grid. Click any image to open it in a larger view where you can see details and the participant who uploaded it.
Upload Count
The total count of uploaded images is shown in the section header, letting you know how many participants have submitted images.
Note: Image uploads are only available if you've added an image upload entry method to your promotion. See the Image Uploads Guide for setup instructions.
Tips
- Export survey responses regularly to backup valuable participant feedback
- Use survey questions to gather product feedback, testimonials, or market research
- Image uploads are great for photo contests, user-generated content, or proof of purchase
- Review responses to identify common themes or suggestions from participants
- Participant emails from surveys can be used for follow-up communications
