Verify Dashboard
Review and manage social action verifications submitted by participants in your promotions.
Overview
The Verify Dashboard lets you review proof submitted by participants for social actions like following on Instagram, reposting on X, or following on TikTok. When verification is enabled for an entry method, participants must provide their social handle as proof, which you can then approve or reject from this dashboard.
The Verify Dashboard displays all pending and reviewed social action verifications
At a Glance
At the top of the dashboard, three summary cards give you a quick overview of your verification activity:
Pending Review
The number of submissions waiting for your approval.
Total Verifications
The total count of all verification submissions received across all statuses.
Approved Rate
The percentage of submissions you've approved, helping you track the quality of entries.
Dashboard Controls
The toolbar lets you filter and manage verifications:
Promotion Selector
Choose which promotion's verifications to view using the dropdown. Each promotion's verifications are managed separately.
Method Filter
Filter by action type (e.g. "Follow on Instagram", "Repost on X") to focus on specific entry methods.
Refresh
Click the refresh button to load the latest verification submissions.
Verification Table
The main table shows all verification submissions with the following columns:
Who
The participant's email address and name. Sort by this column to group submissions by participant.
Method
The social action performed (e.g. "Follow on Instagram", "Repost on X"). Click the link to visit the participant's social profile and verify their action.
Status
Shows whether the submission is pending, verified, or rejected. Pending entries show Approve/Reject buttons, while verified or rejected entries show an Undo button.
Points
The number of points awarded (or to be awarded) for the action. Points are awarded on a trust basis when participants complete the action.
How Verification Works
When you enable verification for an entry method in the promotion editor, participants are asked to provide their social handle after completing the action. Here's how the process works:
Enable Verification
In the promotion editor, toggle the "Verify" checkbox for any social action (X Follow, X Repost, Instagram Follow, TikTok Follow, TikTok Watch).
Participant Completes Action
When participants click the action button, they're redirected to the social platform. After completing the action, they enter their social handle as proof.
Review in Verify Dashboard
The submission appears here with a direct link to their social profile. Click the link to confirm they actually performed the action, then approve or reject.
Fraud Review
The Fraud Review tab shows suspicious activity detected across your promotions. This helps you identify potential abuse such as multiple accounts from the same source or unusual entry patterns.
Tip: Regularly check the Fraud Review tab to ensure the integrity of your promotion. Suspicious entries are flagged automatically based on behavioural patterns.

Tips
- Click the social handle link in the Method column to quickly visit the participant's profile and verify the action
- Enable verification on high-value entry methods to reduce fraudulent entries
- Check the Fraud Review tab regularly to catch suspicious patterns early
- Participants still receive points on a trust basis when they complete the action — verification is for your peace of mind
- Use the method filter to batch-review specific action types (e.g. review all Instagram follows at once)
