Your central hub for managing promotions and tracking performance.

Overview

The Creator Dashboard is where you create, manage, and analyze your promotions. Access it by signing in and navigating to the dashboard.

Dashboard Home

When you sign in, you land on the main dashboard with these areas:

Your Promotions

View all your campaigns organized by status. Use the tabs to filter:

  • Active - Live promotions currently running
  • Drafts - Promotions you're still building
  • Completed - Ended promotions
  • Deleted - Removed promotions (can be restored)

Template Showcase

Creating Promotions

Follow these steps to create your first promotion:

Click "New Promotion" from the dashboard

Promotion Editor Tabs

The promotion editor is organized into tabs for easy navigation:

Setup

Basic settings, promotion type, and URL configuration.

Content

Title, description, media uploads, and campaign details.

Entry Methods

Configure TikTok, X, Product Hunt, and other social actions.

Prizes

Add prizes, select winners, and manage announcements.

Design

Customize your page appearance with the color picker for backgrounds, upload background images or videos, and choose from available templates.

The Setup tab contains the foundational settings for your promotion.

Page Type Selector

Choose from three page types that determine how your promotion works:

  • Landing Page - Perfect for simple email collection. Visitors see your content and sign up with their email address. Ideal for building a mailing list before a product launch.
  • Competition - Adds excitement with prizes and entry methods. Participants earn entries by completing actions like sharing on social media or referring friends. Select random winners when your campaign ends.
  • Gamification - Takes engagement to the next level with points and rewards. Participants earn points for every action and unlock rewards at different thresholds.

Template Selection

Choose between two visual layouts for your campaign page:

  • Basic Template - Clean, straightforward format with your heading, description, and media prominently displayed. Works well for most campaigns and loads quickly.
  • Mid-Campaign Template - More dynamic layout with additional visual elements. Creates urgency and showcases campaign details prominently, ideal for time-sensitive promotions.

Note: Template selection is locked after publishing to ensure consistency for participants.

Collect Emails Toggle

Controls whether your campaign collects email addresses. When enabled, you'll see options for page types (Competition, Gamification, or Landing). When disabled, your page functions as a simple promotional display without requiring visitor sign-up.

End Date and Time

Set when your campaign will end using the date and time picker. The countdown timer on your live page automatically calculates remaining time based on this setting. Your local timezone is used.

After the end date passes, the campaign displays an "ended" state and new entries are no longer accepted. You can still access all entrant data and select winners after the campaign ends.

Campaign Name

Give your campaign an internal name to help you identify it in your dashboard. This name is for your reference only and won't be displayed to participants. Use descriptive names like "Summer Giveaway 2024" or "Product Launch Contest".

Dark Mode Toggle

Enable dark mode to give your campaign page a darker color scheme. Creates a modern, sleek appearance that's easier on the eyes for visitors browsing at night. The dark theme automatically adjusts all text, buttons, and interface elements.

Entry Methods Tab Details

Configure how participants can engage with your campaign and earn entries or points.

Social Sharing

Enable sharing buttons to let participants spread the word. Each platform can be toggled individually:

  • Facebook - Share to their timeline
  • X (Twitter) - Post a tweet about your campaign
  • LinkedIn - Share with professional connections
  • WhatsApp - Send directly to contacts or groups
  • Telegram - Share in chats and channels
  • Pinterest - Pin to boards for visual discovery

In Competition and Gamification modes, sharing earns additional entries or points.

Crowdfunding Campaign URL

If you're running a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Wefunder, enter your campaign URL here. This integrates your crowdfunding page with your HPRS promotion, directing participants to back your project.

Daily Bonus

Encourages participants to return every day. When enabled, visitors can claim a bonus entry (Competition mode) or bonus points (Gamification mode) once every 24 hours. Creates a habit of engagement and keeps your campaign top of mind.

Referral System

Turn participants into ambassadors. Each participant receives a unique referral link to share with friends. When someone joins through their link, both parties benefit - the referrer earns extra entries or points.

You can customize the share message that appears when participants share their referral link.

Survey Question

Collect valuable feedback by adding a survey question. Participants answer in their own words, giving you insights about your audience, product preferences, or any topic. Keep questions concise and open-ended to encourage thoughtful responses.

User Image Uploads

Allow participants to upload images as part of your campaign. Perfect for photo contests, user-generated content campaigns, or collecting visual submissions. Add a custom prompt to guide participants on what type of images you're looking for. Uploaded images are stored securely and viewable in your dashboard.

Product Hunt Actions

If you're launching on Product Hunt, add entry methods for following your profile or upvoting your product. Enter your Product Hunt username or product URL, and participants can complete these actions to earn entries or points.

TikTok Actions

Available in Gamification mode. Reward participants for engaging with your TikTok content - following your account or watching specific videos. Excellent for growing your TikTok presence while running your campaign.

Content Tab Details

Craft the messaging and media that visitors see on your campaign page. Each field has a character counter showing your current usage, and you can drag the fields to reorder them by clicking and dragging the handle icon next to each field label.

Subheading

Appears above your main heading and provides context. Use it for taglines, category labels, or brief descriptors like "Limited Time Offer" or "Exclusive Giveaway". Up to 80 characters.

Heading

Your main title that visitors see when they land on your page. Make it compelling and clear about what you're offering. Whether it's "Win a $500 Gift Card" or "Join Our Product Launch", the heading sets expectations. Up to 80 characters.

Description

Tell your story here. Explain what your campaign is about, what participants can win or achieve, and why they should get involved. Format text with basic styling to highlight key points. Up to 600 characters.

Main Media Upload

Upload an image or video that represents your campaign. This appears prominently and is often the first thing visitors notice. High-quality product images, promotional graphics, or short videos work well. Choose media that communicates value and creates excitement.

Post-Capture Tab Details

Customize the experience participants see after they register.

Post Sign-Up Content

After participants register, they see different content than first-time visitors. Customize this with a dedicated subheading, heading, and description that acknowledges their participation.

Use this space to thank them for joining, explain how to earn more entries or points, or highlight actions they can take now that they're registered.

Login Provider Management

Control how participants can sign up. Email registration is always available. You can also enable social login options like Google for faster sign-up with a single click.

Choose methods that make sense for your audience. Some prefer email simplicity, others appreciate social login convenience.

Email Integration

Connect your campaign to your email marketing platform to automatically sync new subscribers. HPRS integrates with Mailchimp and MailerLite.

Once connected, every new sign-up is sent to your chosen platform, making it easy to follow up after your campaign ends.

Get started quickly with pre-built templates designed for common campaign goals. Each template comes with optimized settings, entry methods, and content suggestions to help you launch faster.

Family & Friends Support

Connect with your close network for support. Optimized to get shares, likes, and comments within your personal network. Perfect for early-stage crowdfunding campaigns.

Existing Supporters

Share your campaign on Product Hunt and other platforms. Designed to help existing supporters spread the word further and maximize your reach.

Tip: Click "Use Template" to create a new promotion with pre-configured settings. You can customize everything after creation.

Create New Promotion

Start a new promotion campaign to engage your audience. Takes you directly to the promotion editor.

Read Documentation

Access the full documentation to learn how to use HPRS and get the most out of your promotions.

Send Feedback

Share your thoughts on what you'd like us to improve or add. We read every message and use your feedback to make HPRS better.

Description Editor

Format your promotion description with the rich text toolbar. The same editor is used for both the main Description (Content tab) and Post-Capture Description.

Toolbar Buttons

  • Undo - Revert recent changes
  • Bold - Make text bold
  • Italic - Make text italic
  • Underline - Underline text
  • "..." More Options - Opens dropdown with additional formatting

  • Bullet List - Create unordered lists
  • Numbered List - Create ordered lists
  • Heading 1 - Large heading for titles
  • Heading 2 - Smaller heading for sections
  • Add Link - Turn selected text into a clickable link

Smart Paste

When you paste plain text lists, they're automatically converted to proper formatted lists:

  • Lines starting with -, *, or bullet characters become bullet lists
  • Lines starting with 1., 2), etc. become numbered lists

Link Formatting

To add a link:

  1. Select the text you want to link
  2. Click the "..." menu and choose "Add Link"
  3. Enter the URL (must start with http://, https://, or mailto:)
  4. Links open in a new tab for security

To remove a link, select the linked text and click "Add Link" again - it toggles off.

  • Word/Google Docs paste - Better preservation of formatted content from office apps
  • Inline images - Add images directly within your description text

Uploading Media

Add images and videos to your promotion pages.

Supported Formats

  • Images: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF
  • Videos: MP4, WebM (autoplay with loop)

File Limits

  • Images: 5MB max
  • Videos: 10MB max

How to Upload

  • Drag and drop files into the upload area
  • Or click the upload button to browse
  • Hover over uploaded media to replace or remove

Page Backgrounds

Customize the full-page background of your promotion.

Background Options

  • Color gradient - Use the color picker to set a custom background color
  • Image - Upload a background image (PNG, JPG, WebP)
  • Video - Upload a looping background video (MP4, WebM)

Blur Effect

Enable the blur toggle to soften your background image or video, making your content stand out more clearly.

Live Preview

See exactly how your promotion will look as you build it.

  • Changes appear instantly in the preview pane
  • Switch between desktop and mobile views
  • Use zoom controls to adjust preview size
  • Toggle between different page states (e.g., before/after login)

User Uploads (Leaderboard Mode)

Let participants upload images or videos as an entry method.

Set your promotion to Leaderboard mode

Viewing submissions: View all participant uploads in Dashboard > Survey, then select your Promotion.

Email Form Display

Control how visitors register for your promotion.

Show Email Form Immediately

By default, visitors see a "Register with Email" button. Enable this option to display the registration form (name and email fields) right away without requiring a button click.

Find this toggle in the Post Capture tab under "Configure Login". You can change this setting even after your promotion is live.

Deleting a Promotion

Remove promotions you no longer need from your dashboard.

Hover over the promotion card you want to delete

Click the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner

Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu

Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog

Note: Deleted promotions can be restored from the "Deleted" tab on your dashboard.

  • Use the preview pane to see changes in real-time
  • Connect email integrations before launching
  • Set up referral rewards to boost organic growth
  • Check analytics regularly to optimize performance
